Women in Prosperity was designed by Tracy James, MA, CPCC, Professional Coach and group facilitator, to provide a loving and empowering community for women to stretch themselves to greater levels of prosperity in all areas of life.

Tracy's Mission is to increase the prosperity consciousness for all beings on the planet.  She believes strongly that when women experience prosperity, the world will experience prosperity.  

Tracy provides individual coaching services, facilitates tele-classes and inspires groups through her lively presentations and personal development workshops.

Tracy's 10 years of experience as a retail business owner has given her a deep understanding and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and the particular challenges women face in business.  She works extensively with business owners—specifically, real estate agents and investors—coaching them to live abundant, balanced and authentic lives.

In addition to her work with entrepreneurs, Tracy also focuses on coaching people to cultivate a healthy relationship with stress.  Working with people in addiction recovery, the health and wellness fields, as well as in the areas of managing anger and regulating emotions, Tracy utilizes an intuitive and metaphysical approach, increasing clients’ experience of presence in their bodies and emotions, and reducing the impact of negative stress on the mind and body.  

Tracy's coaching training and certification from the renowned Coaches Training Institute, as well as her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, give her a strong background in personal development, and extensive experience in the technologies of human transformation.  Tracy is also certified in the Bigger Game Leadership Coaching Model, and has completed a year-long Leadership C.A.L.L. Training in Norway.  Tracy also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation - Los Angeles.

Perhaps Tracy's most powerful tool is her intuition. Through the use of intuition, Tracy coaches her clients to become conscious of underlying beliefs and patterns that shape their decision-making processes.  When clients are at a place of conscious choice about what they believe, and when they live with authenticity in the moment, they experience greater aliveness, focus and passion, acting in positive and resourceful ways.  Living and working from this space is what being prosperous is all about.
